Share Exports Instantly
Sharing exports is now faster and more efficient than ever.
From the History page, it is now possible to generate a custom share link for any completed PDF export and send it directly to colleagues, clients, or stakeholders, with no need to download or re-upload files.
This feature simplifies distribution and ensures catalogs can be accessed instantly by anyone who needs them.

Rename Assets Without Re-Uploading
Mistyped an asset name? No problem.
The Asset Management section allows asset names to be updated directly from the interface, without deleting and re-uploading files. A small but impactful improvement that saves time and reduces friction in everyday workflows.

Usability Improvements
This release brings several enhancements focused on everyday productivity:
- Multi-tab navigation: sidebar items can now be opened in a new browser tab by holding Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) while clicking — ideal for working across multiple sections simultaneously.
- Customizable table rows: asset management tables now include a ”rows per page” selector, allowing users to choose between a compact view or a more comprehensive overview.
- Source data visibility: the Project Info page now displays the source data file name directly in the requests table, making processes easier to identify at a glance.
- Asset deletion confirmation: a confirmation dialog is now shown before deleting an asset, helping prevent accidental removals.
Bug Fixes & Security
- Process link fix: Resolved an issue where process links from the History page did not work correctly for users who were not logged in.
- General stability and security: Several minor bugs have been fixed, and an additional layer of security has been introduced under the hood.
Pagination remains committed to continuous improvement. Each release reflects user feedback and an ongoing effort to make catalog automation simpler, faster, and more reliable.
