Graphic creation of the price list and document automation: The new Pagination project for the South African company CIB Partners

CIB Partners is a South African trade-only distributor of industrial tools and accessories that was founded in Johannesburg in 2017. The company sells multi-brand equipment and has three branches in South Africa, in Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town.

CIB Partners contacted us because they needed to create a price list and were looking for a solution that would allow them to do this efficiently.

CIB Partners has relied on Pagination both for the graphic design of its price list and for document automation.

As they did not previously have their own layout, they decided to use one of Pagination’s InDesign templates (you can see them here). Pagination’s graphics team made some adjustments to the template to adapt it to CIB Partners’ editorial requirements.

Pagination integrated the layout with CIB Partners’ original data file in its cloud infrastructure, so now the company can automatically create its price lists. In only a few minutes, the documents are created in PDF and InDesign formats and are ready for printing and digital distribution.
