Bulldog Abrasives, one of South Africa’s leading suppliers of industrial abrasive solutions, has joined forces with Pagination to transform the way they produce their catalogs. With an extensive range of products catering to various industries, Bulldog Abrasives is streamlining their catalog production process by embracing automation.
Bulldog Abrasives needed a solution that could simplify this process while ensuring accuracy and a professional presentation. With Pagination’s automation tools, they now have the flexibility to create product layouts and indexes that meet their unique requirements, all while saving valuable time and effort.
As part of this project, Bulldog Abrasives will benefit from features like automated product layouts and dynamic color changes that enhance visual appeal and organization. Custom indexing options, including chapter-specific indexes, make navigating the catalog easier for customers.
The scale of the project is designed to accommodate Bulldog Abrasives’ extensive product line, with support for up to 4,000 SKUs and 1,000 images per catalog. Pagination’s platform will provide the infrastructure to manage these assets efficiently, offering 1 GB of storage for design files, images, and other media, alongside a generous 50 GB of overall storage capacity. The InDesign book feature will seamlessly merge static pages—such as the cover, introductory sections, and endnotes—with automated content, ensuring a cohesive and elegant final product.
